Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened perfumes.

Non-returnable items:
Opened or used fragrances
Gift cards

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
